Anyone know the IBP% yet?

I was told by my manager in CE&T that normal day-to-day work will only get you a 90% modifier. Only those who “modernized” by using AI or other widgets will get 100% or more. BOHICA!
Not sure what the corporate % will be but my manager told us that all managers were told to provide 90% or less on the personal modifiers this year.
