Annual raise

Does anyone know if there will be an annual raise or bonus this year? I thought February was the month we’re there is talk of annual raises?

This is absolutely freakin ridiculous, I had all 4s and mostly 5s on my end of year review, nothing lower than a 4. They presented this new review evaluation like the numbers matter... They are totally full of it, numbers mean nothing, metrics are pointless and skewed, don’t even measure what makes you good/great at your job, just some arbitrary number that someone pulled out of their butt. No bonus, I got about a 1% raise. A raise is supposed to show appreciation for hard work and the extra, there is no point in the doing the extra, worst case you don’t get all the 1%... Honestly It is more beneficial to do the bare minimum and not get the 1%, being less stress, do less work, having less concerns.

@OP Raises are like 1% for 4's, 5's. No bonus this year. Boss rushed me off the phone and I had to ping her to see where my bonus was. She laughed and said "I thought you were kidding me." I was like, 'no', really, where's the bonus? Then she explained to me that there weren't any bonuses this year. I did better last year with a cr-ppy raise and at least a bonus. This year just the cr-ppy, below cost of living, raise. Oh, but the medical, dental went up. So, I'm actually losing salary this year. Great company, huh?

@d7 They eliminated ALL bonus' for 2026 going forward. I got a 5 on my MAP and a 2% raise. NO bonus. Top performer on the team. Garbage.

They are laying off people left and right and wiped off an entire department. Do you think they care if you get a raise or a bonus? Think again.

merit are always low they like to give any money in a one off bonus to keep costs down. been that way for 15 years. If you get a 2 overall you are on death row.

For US based employees. 2.9% increase in costs, any raise below that, you lost money by working here. 2.9% is the break even.

How do I submit my Heat, Water, Electric and Internet bill? They saved a boatload eliminating office space and we didn't even receive a cheeseball and cr--kers. This is a Harvard Business School study on how to destroy a workforce.

If I do not get a merit raise I am from now on doing 50% the work at 50% of the pace. It’s a done deal. I won’t sit back every year and continue to work hard for no increase.

The raises are garbage this year. Many scoring a 3 won’t get a raise because of the low budget given to disperse. So sad.

This is disheartening not even a cost of living raise? I guess I assumed maybe at least that much especially with the amount of inflation we’re all experiencing.

Exactly why senior management and higher wanted scores changed to 2 without basis = NO bonus, NO raise and next on this list to be laid off. And trust me they will be creative to justify a “2” even without a performance plan.

If my manager scored me a 2, I would laugh. Then it would be immediate cease off all work, perhaps rolling back anything not in production, treat je-ks with same instead of letting it roll of, spend entire day looking for new job, building out portfolio at work, getting referrals from coworkers, other teams, getting rid of anything personal, saving off any personal files. Only a performance plan should be scored a 2. That is absolutely horrible.

Don’t expect anything significant! Direct manager’s evaluation was pushed to be changed by a senior manager. Senior manager wanted score changed from 3 to 2. If you scored a 2, you will NOT get a RAISE and will NOT get a BONUS. You should only get a 2 or lower if you have some type of PIP or action plan. This person has neither.

It depends on your higher leader. I just peeked and my leader removed the merit on 1 teammate and lowered bonus to give it to other teams. Don’t expect anything. No real standards.

Merits are lower than last year (honestly about half). Bonuses a bit better, but nowhere near a few years ago.

Compensation summaries will be available to managers on the 13th. Managers to schedule annual reviews 2/13-24. Bonus will be paid on last paycheck of February, merit increases will start on the following pay check (mid march).

Very small merits but bonuses will not be too bad.

I work within WellMed and was told to not expect any sort of substantial raise or bonus this year.

They are not raises. They aren't even cost of living adjustments.

Yes, there will be raises, but not meaningful ones.
