Hours are always cut, and workers don't have time to operate the passport photo. Self-check out machines are not working. The store needs an improvement with the self-checkout machines, so that they work properly.
My empathy is around 32%.
Sc--w empathy for the customer; we're not paid enough.
@d6+1jmgfxkwg this is not the desert of the real. we are living in the pure matrix where all that is left is a fake image of a healthcare company operating like a cargo cult, wondering why nothing works or nothign is profitable
No peace in our time...for anyone. Welcome to the Desert of the Real.
We have become more entitled and spoiled through the years. As a culture we are more demanding. Unfortunately the system is "cracking". More people feel this way and the systems in place can't handle the strain. Add to people expecting everything for free and this is the results. Get ready.
Unfortunately the feel good stories that they showcase in town halls are the exception rather than the norm. Most people are fed up with their care being denied/delayed and when you call representing that entity (Aetna/Caremark etc) the natural reaction is well why don’t you cover my treatment before you talk to me. Truly thankless job IMHO and we all salute you. Just try not to take to heart and have some empathy for the customer.
Remember that the customers are angry because they haven't gotten their medical needs met and they're likely to be at the end of their rope. Did they come to you for help or are you a barrier to treatment, required because the company doesn't want to pay out? Have some empathy, do your best, and don't take it personally.
Unfortunately world has become that way. Just show some empathy
