Will there be even more cuts?

@d6+1jm97gsxr Speak for yourself! I don't become on high alert but instead feel more welcoming for a change sooner than later and however it happens. I'm not sure why everyone gets on their knees for these corporations. Be better than most and use that as leverage to go somewhere that will have policies that support you being a professional adult.

I always thought that they laid off people a couple of days before or on payday. Their final day was always the 1st or 15th. It's a clean break for payroll.

Due to lack of transparency and as history has shown, yes. Fiserv will continue laying off for whatever reason, no matter the importance of role, no matter the individual contribution, and no matter the day or month. (they seem to enjoy prior to a major holiday).
It keeps us minions / pi-s ants in a high state of alert for better control and submission.

Any day could be a cut day with the Frank running the show.

When I joined in my role, they said about 10 clients was average for our group. I am now up to 17 and need that many to POSSIBLY hit my goal. I don't see them adding to our teams to lower the client coverage at the moment.

Why does it feel we’re being punished for being fiserv employees!

I resigned a few weeks ago (more than 2 wks notice for client's sake only) and I still dread hearing about layoffs every day. They hold it over our head like a sword and they know what it does to us. They don't care, and yes, we will have to worry every single day about layoffs. That was a primary reason I started looking to get out months ago. Yes, the job market is bad but don't put off starting your search. It'll take time. We deserve so much better than how we get treated here.

Any day that ends with 'Y' is a good day for a layoff.

That is a fact!

Are we ever going to reach the point where it's enough? Or are we stuck having to worry about layoffs every single day for as long as we're employed here?
