Should be the top hit, though he has updated his title.
Now he claims he is Global though he was hired to support the Latin America. He was not a Segment Information Security Officer in 2015 at all. Also the rest of his LinkedIn has a fake security history.
This person took everyone else's documentation AND his friend who brought him on moved those with skills and knowledge to him from others directors. If you met with someone from his team without him, he reported those to the person that hired him and then the screaming started.
Get this, three directors hired some great people on their teams. After roughly three months some of the hires were removed from the directors and placed with reporting to the person who now claims to have been a global Segment Information Security Officer. The directors were told that they had plenty of experience and this person needed a team that could support his growth.
I’m the most talented. My boss or ex boss said so. My talent is stoking up politics and throwing tantrums. However, the talent review is about just how far behind you are to me. Sundar, myself and the kings of security engineering.
Too late for talent review when you e been compromised!! Should have done a talent review on the security leaders that got fired …

Every time I get an email add from my path telling me about other jobs I am wondering if it is a hint...
@bm That works well as long as the information on the resume is true. There are people with false information on their resume like the International Information Security Officer for UHG. Even his LinkedIn has false information regarding his responsibilities and knowledge, yet he is kept on.

They required everyone to submit their resumes to a third party AI talent review platform a while back (MyPath). They also ranked employees recently.
@as Yeah, a talent review at a normal company is probably very different than what goes on here at Optum. Optum is not normal.
They review the entire staff by GL. Kind of like performance review. They always say it is to identify people who might be a “flight risk” and leave. Pretty sure it is to rank people do they know who to cut.
