No, they're constantly afraid for being terminated because they're remote. In office, we just have a different fear - the still not available to us badge swipe reports.
Remember, if you're held to a metric that you cannot view yourself to ensure accuracy, it's gonna be used against you...
Whether remote or in office, we're all facing fears of being let go for some nonsense excuse of a problem that the company itself created to use against us.

It is not even merit based to determine how good someone is at their job based on whether they are a-s in chair at home. And it is beside the point that Fiserv will lose their best talent as soon as people can professionally leave with enough time on their resume.

5 days ,9 hrs in office and 8 hrs of sapience check ….no trust on employees
Some very senior and key knowledgeable resources let go just for 9 hrs check - such a disgrace

Completely disagree. Because fiserv has this anti remote attitude. I do not believe any u s base fiserv employee it's going to stay remote by 3rd quarter 2025
Not lucky at all. The opposite.
Friday’s announcement was the beginning of the end for remote positions at Fiserv. Next phase will be to move those jobs to physical locations.
Doesn't matter if RTO or WFH. Everyone lives on high alert knowing it could be their last day at Fiserv.
No one is safe. That is the atmosphere that has been created for us.
They're still tied to Sapience.
