This was my first job out of college. I was so excited when I got the offer. I learned a lot in the early years and even managed to make some progress. But since then, it’s felt like a steady downhill slide. I’ve never felt so unappreciated. It’s been disheartening too to see how people, some of them long-time veterans, have been discarded over the past couple of years. It’s as if our work, skills, and effort hold no value. I never thought I’d reach the point of wanting to part ways with a company I was once proud to work for, but here I am.

You're part of the problem. Seek professional help.
Keep the chin up, you will find another job where you can be proud again. This is what happens when the incompetent play the long con on a big company. Look at Boeing, same thing, different time.
