Oh also when I went to put pto in system my title was changed to a lower title then what I have (or thought I had lol )
Good times. Don’t stress out nothing you can control. So just keep your head down and punch the clock until they tell you to stop (while also applying externally).
@OP I can tell you one thing, I was overly stressed about being laid off for 2 years, and when it finally happened, it wasn't that bad. It almost felt like a relief. I had a couple of offers to stay at UHG, but I will never work for that place again.

How do we find our pay grade level?

How are your grade levels being lowered without your knowledge? That has direct implications to payment schedules. Hard to believe that occurred without one's knowledge.
