@d3 sounds like BS, it's been mentioned that package is 6 weeks per year of service, not 3 months+1 week..
3 months + 1 week for every year + pro rated bonus for # months this FY employed + any stock accelerated to vesting. Dell looks out for his EU employees to make sure a smooth transition. HC based on employee for some reason. Key thing is get fired and not ask for a package... that's EU employee grounds to provide nothing. Good luck
