Clock ticking for Dan

I was very optimistic when Dan joined and started cleaning up the organization by weeding out ineffective leaders and dead weight.

However, the needle still isn’t moving. They haven’t even restructured the teams into the right size or organizational model. Everything feels chaotic. I feel like time is running out for him—it’s already been eight months.

He is doing what right to keep us afloat and profitable -- now its time to unload all the non performing stores, get rid of all the real estate that's is laying there empty, and, get moving on reducing the customer service anchot and their middle management ops teams

He’s going to run the company into the ground for his precious AI investment portfolio. Sadly he will need to be removed by the board, and it won’t be until they realize his AI experiment is going to be a massive flop with customers and a total waste of money, since everyone thinks with their wallet and not common sense anymore. The customers are already sick of our automated systems. Name ONE Verizon system that has worked smoothly. You can’t. (Omni, ACSS, VZEngage, blue jeans???) Imagine how customers will feel if they can’t get a live person? And if we go fully automated, then what separates Verizon from Visible?
