@d0 this is exactly why ST&S is back 80/20. What I find disgusting is that we are changing performance management because mangers were not having difficult conversations. Who suffers? Employees. Are managers now having those conversations? No. Clearly evident by the fact that instead of calling out the people who do not come in and do not work and making it a performance issue everyone now has to come in 80/20. Doesn’t that completely fly in the face of the entire point for having a new performance management system? If the managers are weak none of this is going to change. It’s so frustrating. My manager is entirely useless and I make it clear in the pulse survey every single time.

Pulse survey is useless, once they anticipate low scores, they change job roles and do it all over again.

It is very clear that they want to encourage people to leave on their own. The direction is clear - everything moving to BTCs. Some cheaper EU countries might survive for longer, but still, in 5 years most jobs from there will also be moved.

I would encourage very single one of you to use your power - even if we have a little. All of us are shareholders - let's show our opinions as votes. Be honest in Pulse survey - the results from this year, even though there is a drop, are still way to high for what is going on.

Make them answer difficult questions on Townhalls. If there are unions or work councils in you region - use them to your advantage.

And of course: don't make their jobs easier. Do not train your replacements. Use CIA's Simple Sabotage Manual :)
