Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Optum / UHC At Home Care Navigators

Care Navigators now entering the Philippines to help with HRA/FMC assessments. By summer- the Philippines team will expand to full role duties.
I think Care Navigators will be outsourced soon enough.

Can absolutely confirm that it is not just care navigators but also pre-service clinical reviewers. They were supposed to start in November but they are already working.

Through the grapevine I heard that they still need to have a number of care navigators that actually live in the states per the optum contract ! But obviously that could change

@d0 yes it says we are welcoming Care Navigators in the Philippines to our team later this summer. So basically we are just here until the Philippines Care Navigators know what they are doing.
