I guess @czxs+14hz3Tmd must have an advanced draft of the earnings report that will be released in 14 days. Because according to page 8 of the Q4 2019 report, Renewables was the only industrial segment with negative profit.

Renewables is bringing money in right now and helping the company to stay alive. So I say, let him enjoy life while it lasts. While we are at it, what are you doing to help us all stay afloat besides b–ch#g here a#hole?

Most companies payout @ 100% bonuses on a regular basis along with a normal raise.
Most companies fire leadership if they do not achieve at least 80% of the targets. Expectations are they hit 120% and in a bad year with good leadership, you hit 90-100%.
Don’t know why a ‘C’ performance (75%) is deemed acceptable and at times, good. Fear of retaliation for speaking your mind?
Time to completely close up Salem. There is a few small pockets remaining on site. Lots of cost savings moving ALL of it to India. GE is making india great again!
