@cz Keep pointing your finger to the sky telling JF "THE PLANE BOSS".. Don't forget your little white suit.
Oh my @cz+1ks4y6mp0 follow the money trail. All the spin offs and investments put money in the extended Ford family pockets while draining money from Ford Motor Companies coffers. The odds of Ford Energy ever being profitable is close to zero. But watch the money flow. In the end the taxpayers and shareholders money goes into the extended Ford family’s pockets.
@cz except that Ford Energy is NOT profitable, and won’t even have any revenue for two more years.
@cz So you're losing tens of billions on writeoffs and bleeding cash every single quarter. What does success even look like to you? Jim, be real, do you think you're actually going to convince anyone besides Bill?
BEV and software/services has been a success and that is fact. All of the Investment has been utilized or redeployed to other profitable ventures. Ford Energy is a great example of this.
Just like in the Bourne movies when they are shutting down Treadstone....
"Here's Blackbriar.." another black hole for money to go down.
Only difference is...nothing badass came out of the Ford failure.
Even Fartley admitted failure. https://www.inc.com/ava-levinson/ford-ceo-admits-its-ev-strategy-failed-heres-the-companys-new-plan/91301952
Love these investors that write articles like this. Guarantee the write got in on the stock at $15, is trying to pump it up so he can exit without a loss. I see it all the time.
Anyone that buys a share is this company's stock is an id--t wrapped in a mo--n.
Ford is always playing the circular revenue game.
OMG in other words Ford is going to import Chinese technology in a manner that defeats tariffs and taxation, the private equity companies that are standing up data centers will get tax breaks to buy “American” aka Chinese Ford. The data center bubble will pop after private equity has bilked the tax payers (and of course Ford is bilking the tax payers). When the latest scheme fails the tax payers are left holding the bag.
Nice spin. Now, about that subscription component of your bonus plan.
