@cq Wasn't he the one with the bravery to require meetings stop at the 20 or 50 minute mark on his 3rd day? I've never seen leadership like that before or since!

If Harv was "canned" why does he still have three weeks on the payroll?

@cx @cx it's not that easy, the existing folk would get rattled if anyone new were to induce changes - they'd do anything to sabotage any efforts toward turning the company around.

A--holes only care about themselves and they are like leeches. Why won't anyone ask when George is leaving ?

They need to continue cleaning at the top. Cesar and RdB should be next. I can’t think of one thing of value they have brought to NetApp of benefit since joining. Revenue flat, more dysfunction company wide, continued layoffs and lack of direction. I know there are many others but that would be a good starting point.

Harv Was the garden variety top level exec - he didn't have the zeal or the vigor to do anything. On the other hand, there is a high probability that NetApp might have ki-led anything that existed before.

Oh my goodness, I thought Harv was the "chosen one?"
Harv came from Microsoft and now he's gone?
