@cwc+1pnZlsYG Not sure how long you’ve been with Optum. In my 19 years of experience, there have been plenty of RIFs/layoffs just before TG & Christmas. Just saying.
There have been previous layoffs in November and December.
Really? Because there are companies laying off employees in America right now at record numbers. UHG is no different. I know there were cuts and realignment going on last week.
I have known most good leaders that need to make tough personnel decisions to allow employees to enjoy Nov and Dec with family and friends. I have not known cuts to occur around the American Holidays.
