Trump has declared Dec 24 & 26 as federal holidays , anyone is aware if that will also be true for employees ?

There are 3 calendars that the various business lines in Citi follow. If there is a Federal holiday and your business unit follows the true Federal calendar then technically "yes".
Citi is a Federal contractor which obligates Citi to adhere to certain things.

@a4 Is that still a rule? The ‘closed no more than 3 days in a row” came about prior to ATMs (way before online banking) so that people had access to their funds. ATMs, online banking, 24hour customer service (yay offshore?) are more prominent now. Why can branches not be closed more than 3 days in a row? What is the rationale?
