CL25, YEE 14, ranked E.

Typical narrative about competitive rank group and relative ranking system. Needed more informal leadership. Manager made sure to point out I received the same ranking as last year despite much stronger accomplishments/business results and that because we continue to high grade the work force, I’ll need to work just as hard or harder to receive the same ranking next year. Anything less will be very good or good.

Key message from management before PIL - You are twenty steps ahead of most employees in this company. You just do not have the patience to allow those employees to catch up. Thus, you are not complying with the WAEM mission statement(s).
