@ct Not to mention many if our KPIs are total garbage. For the last 15 years working in support my primary KPI has been for number of cases taken. Management seems to give zero phukz about us actually fixing resolving the customer's problems, just about us taking calls and ticking checkboxes.

Dell just put the d-mbest dolt they could find to be in charge of the MB business. We don't know sh-t about enterprise, and now we're going to fu-k up the SMB business as well. This guy's is a complete id--t!
