Any new info on layoffs? Who else beside low carbon unit guys is being sacked? I feel like I have been living under a rock since December, I haven't heard much. Instructions are coming this week. Are some already in?

No announcement except for the announcement that they're going to announce some sort of announcement shortly. So be alert on some important announcements in the near future.
Any word on upstream?
@1qdm+1qIbxIH8. Correct. Minimum of 12 weeks paid. Of course, there's always the caveat that your request for SVS can be denied if you’re deemed critical, but that’s unlikely for anyone supporting transactional work that’s not an SME. Sh-t, even SMEs can get it pretty easily. If you’re in the US, Legal management simply wants you to find the door.
@cst+1qIbxIH8 ..you say severance is being offered to all of US Legal.....do you mean that anyone that wants it will automatically get it? And is the SVS being offered 3 weeks per YOS?
So far: LCS, Chemical and Products Commercial, Corporate Relations and Legal.
Massive layoffs in US legal coming out in org charts tomorrow. reported to be 1 out of every 4 transactional lawyers. SVS being formally offered to entire US group. Will be interested to see how this helps or hurts getting deals done in 2024.
