There are a lot of d-mb ideas that get implemented (lwp, hello?) but at least it's overall a money making venture. Uncon shouldn't really get any criticism when parasites like emtec and LCS are still around.

Most intense business company wide also. Mgmt is stretched, so might not be getting diapers changed as often as you would in other parts of the company.
Management terrible. Worst in companywide.
Speaking of promotions we have this Indian lady in our team with a "PhD", she doesn't know the difference between PDR and CSTR but she gets high ranks and CL promotion
