I agree, when you have upper management being turned in for harassment more than once and they’re still employed at Oxy. That’s a problem for sure. Also the fact that these things gets out is even more scary..

HR is where most of the DEI hires go to balance out the white s-xist male demographic for the rest of the company. It’s not like any minorities are breaking into the good ole boys club at the top. And yes. Vicki is part of that good ole boys club. She ascended to the throne and made sure there wasn’t any other female competition that could be a threat. It’s like the animals that eat their own babies.
