@2ddr... hard work isn't going to fix this. Intel is past the point of no return. Big changes are in the works and whatever is left and still called Intel won't look anything like the current Intel. When entire BUs get sold off most of the employees will get let go. Your hard work should be spent finding your next job.

OP doesn't know how to execute, as expected from someone from Intel.
That will just auto populate the ISP list for management. Management won't budge unless the pressure comes from Wall St and regulators.
