Got mine today. No raise and around 5% bonus.
Strangely, in Asia, the # is not announced yet. Or maybe it's just me

Most people mentioned 1% raises today
Plenty of people got raises, bonuses and promotion news today. Some were also terminated. This is what we chose working in financial services.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.
@ydv+1qB6v3DD I don't think people are being selfish. The company shouldn't have said to employees and the media that raises and bonuses would still occur if this isn't the case. They needed to be more transparent with employees and investors. I agree, this all is much worse than predicted or anticipated.
Read the thread about doing the bare minimum work and do exactly that. Don't go the extra mile, Don't rush and Don't multitask.
How can they give raises with all of the issues going on? Honestly Citi employees sound unrealistic and very selfish. Based on Citi's performance to its peers you are all lucky to have a job. Maybe once Jane's plan comes to fruition those that remain will get comp? I dunno but today be grateful for the paycheck
It certainly sets the tone for this coming up year. Do just enough to keep from getting fired. No more, no less as you crank out those TPM reports.

Never believed that Citi's employees are such cry babies when it comes to pay raises. Wake up - it is pretty normal to not get a raise during annual comp review.
@cnb+1qB6v3DD it's fine, thank you though. I expected it honestly with this shitshow we're in. Actually my manager's manager informed me just now via Zoom. Usually it's the direct manager.
Really it's a testament to how sh-t Jane is.

Yes. #’s are out and can be communicated. Flat to up a little is the vast majority of 3’s.
Pass the $1.1B miss by the CFO on to the employees. No way the shareholders get stuck holding that bag. Let's punish the workers. Jane and Mark better get a decrease in pay too
