MSU Biz Ops “Kickoff”

What the heck was that?

A kickoff neatly three months into the year?

It’s hard to take a company seriously that preaches productivity when they waste a half-hour showing slides of updated organizational charts since the big layoff.

It was the same old tired, “more communication”, “career development”, and “employee recognition” promises that never happen. Oh wow, cheap junk from the Canon Spotlight catalog site, just what everyone wants! Career development = more time to watch cr-ppy courses on Canon Learning, seriously? The material on that site is absolute garbage. More communication = monthly mass town hall meetings that nobody understands what is being discussed.

Glad I missed it. Sounds like it was a waste of time. To Sammy Sun: adapt to employees refusing to watch your dog and pony show.

yeah they swept that under the mat for sure. they know all the "management" or so called by the title are USELESS PUPPETS who cant make a decision to help the company. Time to get rid of the gas cards and other perks those "directors" get. They dont work either, nothing but powerpoint monkeys ... oh wait we're google now ... slide monkey !!!!

Funny how they highlighted the employee survey where we never received the results!

@OP Agree totally, I particularly enjoyed the "We are looking to give 30% of work to AI but hey, we want you to take classes, and if you need to to talk to us in upper management, our doors are open.. I'm good..
