Where are they hiding?

@cn, do you lie all the time or just occasionally?
We are here OP. Sipping on morning coffee
we moved on. its really not that hard.
@d7+1jtfjtgst Maybe ex-Intelers have a future as “professional” public speakers to talk about their contributions. Although…it’s not too late to commit a crime, do some time, and then write a book about it when your basketball game is rounded out sufficiently for you to get out. If you go big enough, you might get a Netflix doc!
Case studies for mba classes are being written right now on our situation. To teach. Cautionary tale/lesson
I don't believe OP understands that a person is not hiding when not posting on this site.
We, the current employees, work for the biggest dumpster fire piece of trash in the history of technology. Books will be written about it, and the losers who oversaw it, for decades to come.
No one wants Intel garbage. If you work at Intel, you really only have to have yourself one question: “approximately how long after the onset of irreversible economic turmoil should I paint a wall with my brains?”
I left in October 2024 with my million bucks from severance. 8 weeks vacation payout, two sabbaticals , enhanced retirement, stock vesting…..it affords me the time to peruse these sites as a former employee. The current employees are still in a state of shock and calculating out their potential payouts and running best case scenarios on how long there money will last . They will start posting once the notifications start. If u r a current employees ….hang in there.
Well, it is a message board, so it is more about the written word than about being able to actually see who is commenting.
That would be more like a cafe or something, so maybe try that.
Why would you? They are gone. They should move on. And they should applaud the retirees. Give them a standing ovation and praise and thanks. Their prestigious work resulted in the place they are now
OP, if you are the next to be laid off, are you going to be here from time to time?
CPM Class of 2024 checking-in here ! ;-)
Most of the people on this site are former employees. This site has been around for well over 20 years. In Intel time that is a lot of layoffs.
It's not happening until end of this month in May or June.
