If you have been watching the PSX disclosures, you can see that KM has been selling significant shares of stock and exercising stock options. Is he on his way out? I have not seen the other ELT members this active. Is there a change in the wind of a new CFO coming?

It is related to Saucy's divorce. She gets her share of the stock proceeds plus he gets to pay the taxes on it. Per the filing. Heh, Heh, Heh.
Perhaps a couple of things…stock is up nicely. Also, could be divorce related. I know DePriest’s ex filed to get her “share” of his stock he earned while they were married.
