I like my manager good person, I don’t wish LR on anybody. There are many good talented people that lost their jobs recently I wish them the best.
@cm yeah, hearing that about “managers in the next round” for years and years but nothing changes. The spectacularly d*mb , incredibly political and waste-of-space low- and mid-level managers in te Michal sales are strutting around our U.K. like they are the cat’s a$$. Nothing will change because they have a Patel God.
Next round it’s all managers and above.
A BIG AI purge is ahead.
I know many engineers who work hard and genuinely try to build a good environment at Splunk. But there are non technical managers and directors who contribute little, take credit for engineers’ work, and still try to push them with empty words—often not even convincing enough to pass as a decent lie. When will it be their turn?
