I think the info about H &C is the ISNP and IESNP.

It's funny, being in IESNP, most everyone feels totally sc--wed. Horrible leadership ever since the "national" leadership came in for IENSP AKA the Kim and Sue catastrophe came in things just get worse and worse. Kim thnks she knows what she is doing and speaks so aggressively like a blowhard. Sue is a clueless twit, that no one trusts or respects.
We've lost all our leaders in OR/WA that had real experience in IESNP. 2 quit last month in Oregon and WA, leaving us with this fragile and untrustworthy CSM in Oregon IESNP who used to be a CA, but it was clear not ready to be a CSM. A pale shadow of her predecessor before Casey took over (also a talking head who didn't help us) . Par for the course, the DCO has no leadership skills, it's like listening to one of those talking heads in politics. The good leaders left Oregon last year and it went so far down hill so quick. The national leaders have no real clue what IESNP is of what it can do or can't do.

The ISNP team lost their DCO for no good reason, the new one at least is reasonable, though the CSM also quit in ISNP.

The third Thursday of the month is the targeted layoff day. Layoff notices can be given at any time, but this is generally the common layoff day.

What parts of Optum H&C?

There are layoffs planned for Optum H and C

ISNP and IESNP both changed their caseloads basically by 30% for providers and IESNP nurses caseloads increased 4 fold.

Expect most IEsnp RNCMs to be layed off as well as travel NPs.

iESNP will sunset at end of year. The goal is to make life difficult so people quit so they don’t have to pay severance packages.

Competitors are surrounding these two programs, Longevity took 5 states in 2026.

The leadership is really the dregs of what’s left. cinqcare has the old guard leaders stealing away the talent too.

The fact that they’ve let leaders like Sue M the IESNP DCO and their Vp Kim P stay is bad there is no confidence or trust in them.

Cheryl D is not much better isnp

For the poster who said nobody knows anything, you’re wrong. Somebody on here warned us all about the January RIF and that HH was shutting down. It was accurate info. Just look back at the posts on this website to see it all play out. Whoever you all are who are doing this, thank you for having our backs by warning us when corporate won’t.

@e4+1jqd6tr63-no need to be rude on here, people are simply looking for info. Yes, some RIFSs follow the patter, others do not so please be kind, this is supposed to be helpful a not place people feel bad for asking a question. We are all in this together.

I agree with the person who posted earlier. Optum MPP is doing a restructure. The new design may indicate the are chopping multiple people who were under DS. It would be easy since they just segregated them out.

Jfyi:
April 17th, before the Stock Market opens, is the 2025 Q1 Earnings report.

Earnings webcast at 8:45 am ET occasionally has tidbits of information relevant to employees. For example, # of FTEs on a certain date like December 31, 2024.

Replay available until May 1st on company's website.

And again, nobody knows any dates. Those are the folks that come here for validation in the importance of their existence. Probably don't even work for the company, just "trolling".
