The only big picture Lame Jane is looking at is her guaranteed millions of dollars for a failed and disastrous so called ‘leadership’.
The main reason Citi has been and keeps struggling is because nobody is really in charge. Every department scrambles to do their own thing as they understand it, while at the same time creating conflicts with each other. It’s a clown show year after year. Directors providing departmental guidance as the ‘this is it’ solution, breaking everything apart and rebuilding them resulting in wasted time and effort. They have no clue, Enterprise wants no involvement, and management and staff having to follow direction onto the abyss. It’s a vicious cycle year over year producing zero results.
You guys just don’t see the big picture like Jane does. If you did, then you too would be a top tier managing director. Jane will lead us out of the dark and into the light.
Post ID: @cld+1uGTmlcg Yes especially the additional and new Consent Orders, Violations of Law and monetary fines, one of the most recent fines being US$136 Million besides the $400 million, $200 million etc. from a few years ago
Post ID: @wch+1uGTmlcg Contrary to your statements Mr /Ms. HR or Legal Dept. the Citi "Ethics" Office and Citi itself DO permit such malfeasance and criminal activities to cover Citi's @SS. Actions speak louder than words. Employees witness this every day first hand on the Citi Cuckoo Choo Cuckoo Train Wreck.

I don’t believe you. Citi ethics doesn’t allow such a thing. You see emails and slido’s given by managers stressing the importance of Citi ethics, so you know that they too are stepping in line. GO CITI!!!!!
I can, saw them just ignore 2 years worth of data issues and sweep it under the rug LOL. When questioning it the hags that were laid off from mortgage areas scoffed at the question.
