Can you spell Windstream?

Forbes rated Singer's net worth as $2.1 billion in 2015[4][9][24][36] and $2.2 billion in 2016.[37] As of November 2015 Elliott Management Corporation oversees Elliott Associates and Elliott International Limited, which together have more than $27 billion in assets under management in a "multi-strategy fund."[21][36] The corporation includes a private equity division.[38] Termed a "specialist in activism in technology companies" by the Wall Street Journal in June 2015,[33] Elliott Management's varied portfolio also includes a prominent tech component.[38] The company pursued "more than 40 campaigns aimed at tech companies" between 2004 and 2015, according to Reuters.[38]

Upstate NY has nothing to do with NYC. Not all of us fit the mold 9f the Italian mobsters.

Yes the unions are weak. Counting our days until they formally announce the windstream merger.

Weak Locals,

Three different Locals that I had members involved with. Violations of the contract no problem. Didn't want the bother or expense for labor court. IBEW/ Upper New York State...worthless. Weak, weak, expense. Get a "set" why don't you (while you're snapping down spaghetti) You should have put them on the offense at least with challenges. Nope ....weak, fat!

Once again the union is working hard to remove comments that expose their corruption. Why would a CEO get involved in union business? Showing your true colors, you can continue to delete the comments but everyone already knows the truth and that is why they are in panic mode, the end is near. Keep paying those dues, they need a slush fund.

Dan knows all about the Tampa employee that was embezzling money from the Union Hall and he covered it up. Why didn’t they prosecute Dan?

Why did the Union allow a Frontier employee working in the Union Hall who was caught embezzling from the Union Hall to go back to working at Frontier building and not prosecute her? This happened in Tampa towards the end of 2020

Save your money. ---- Who is Paul Singer?
August 6, 2020
The podcast "Who Is?" has just released an episode focusing on Paul Singer, the billionaire hedge fund CEO behind Elliott Management's predatory campaign to destroy AT&T. The podcast explores how Singer's tactics, which include cutting jobs and sending work to low-wage contractors, divesting assets, and extracting cash for shareholders through stock buybacks, illustrate what has gone wrong in the American economy over the past 40 years.

"Elliott says it could nearly double AT&T's stock price in the space of less than two years. How is it going to do that? $30 billion in stock buybacks. That's a massive extraction of cash that could be invested in productive uses and in good jobs," said Nell Geiser, CWA's Director of Research on the podcast.
