All this talk about reduced salary and no bonus' this year, but has anyone actually seen their salary cut? Or gotten a 0% incentive that can speak out of their mouth instead of the ar-e?

Numbers already released for some
Oh Jane has taken care of herself alright. Not to worry, she’ll not be suffering for any bad decisions that she’s made that’s for sure, after all, that’s where we come in at.
You need to be interest o your own number first. Leave if you think you can be better elsewhere. Jane takes care of herself. Ask yourself before you complain, you/ your family need your paycheck to survive or not.
I’m interested in Jane’s comp numbers.
Had review yesterday. Boss said money conversation will be next week.
Comp is fine
As a 2, if not adequately rewarded by Citi, then I will reward myself with another job somewhere else. Current irons in the fire over the past two months in OTHER sectors, this is key, is paying off.
It amazes me how peeps at Citi refuse to look for other jobs outside of banking. They look at the peer banks only and go no further. I truly don’t understand it as they are just letting other prime positions just float on by.
Hey I can do that and the salary is good….oh wait…its not in banking…nevermind, it has to be in banking or nothing at all. WTH?!?!
I’m a 2 across the board. If the comp isn’t decent….then…..PEACE OUT MO-O’S……
My director got the numbers for her org in December, they were better than she expected.
Post ID: @ck+1jh0j8r63 I was Rated 3, 3's for 2024 when in the past I was Rated 2s and 3s with a few 1s.
Needless to say, I've been doing the bare minimum work since I'm Only Rated 3 = C-Grade when I worked long hours and worked above my job description. I'm actively searching for an external job that will pay me what I'm worth.
Someone here mentioned Trojan Horses. Citi created Trojan Horses and they''re inside Citi's House of Cards, or House of Straw that's near bankruptcy. Never say never. Lehman, AIG and other financial institutions thought they too were invincible.
Comp will happen after the board meets on Jan 15th and the budget is approved. Bonuses are equivalent to to 2023 & raises are down ~15%. If you are a 3,3… you will get less than last year. This should be expected if you have not developed your skill set or overachieved this year.
Managers have saw figures for their teams and I can confirm they are most definitely down on last years figures and pot.
Is everyone here a first year analyst :D Comp convos in bulge bracket US banks are always held 3rd week of Jan, when banks release Q4 / EOY earnings. Stop asking the same q over and over again.
Comp conversations happen 1/15-1/22 (est.), comp profiles available 1/22 (est.), payout 1/31 (est.).
Comps haven't been released yet. Usually second week of Jan.
