Announcement came out this morning - CDK is outsourcing jobs to Genpact.
Not clear who or what products yet.
Who has gotten a Genpact offer? Are the offers fair?

So far I've seen one person say it was about the same as their current position and another quit.
It did last time they outsourced dealer IT and such.
Only care is about how to stuff their pockets at YOUR expense.
This is no longer just stupidity it’s a pattern and who this fool is.
Offer letters are expected between march 14-17. Compensation is “in accordance with compensation & benefit details shared by cdk”
Probably hashing out how to sc--w people over this week or next there suppose to be a big meeting with Genpact on norwood

Iies to employees, lies to clients. I also hear he lies to executives. Look at glass door.
Should be noted that BM in an Automotive news interview one month prior to the layoffs said that he liked where the company was and anticipated no more layoffs . Now he says CDK has been working for months trying to find the right partner. That’s the problem with lying . You have to remember all the different lies you tell to try to cover your new lie . The truth is much easier . BMs resume should say known liar at the top . And yet somehow he gets paid millions of dollars . I would rather have less money and tell the truth than be a wealthy Liar !
I definitely hope this backfires on them for trying to sc--w over employees and customers. This is their temporary plan for making the company look profitable enough to sell off bits and pieces of it

So far I know of a few people who are not taking the Genpact deal. So proud of the people who can afford to resign are actually resigning. Hopefully enough people will resign and disrupt their plan. They can’t get away with this!

If you wish to be screwed sideways from the back and be told you should be “happy” for a 10¢ raise this is the job for you. Everything about this company is TRASH! From management up. Trash. If you wish to turn in a two week notice, don’t worry. They won’t pay you for your last two weeks! This place shouldn’t even be a real business.
The way CDK just bends me over and absolutely reams my tight little bussy on a consistent basis is phenomenal. I would definitely work here if you’re into edge play or maybe something like sounding. Honestly 3 of my coworkers died here which leaves my department at like a 7% death rate.
It says if you do not accept whatever genpact offers that they treat it as a voluntary resignation. So if you don't take whatever deal they give you you get no package or unemployment...you get nothing. I fully expect pay cut with almost no benefits.
Some T1 getting email saying you are not affected but others getting email saying you are being affected. Not sure what group will fare better.
Somehow I feel pay packages will be lower since it is a consulting firm vs CDK being a product company

The whole email is a lie just like this CEO always does.
He said only HALF who are offered a job will get it.
And that’s if this company does not just suck knowledge then lay you off like they are known to do,
Why is this guy allowed to do this? Who in their right mind has not quit yet?
BM said half of people affected will be offered job in Genpact. Means half will be laid off, but there will be a "knowledge transfer" period of 2-9 months. I guess that means they suck out your knowledge and then let you go.
If anyone takes this offer remember you are the reason CEOs like this exist.

Why Brookfield has not outed him and how he can get away with twisting the company into saying timings that are not true is beyond me.

Nothing burger...code for it is something. Customers want support staff that know and understand what is offered by CDK. Can't believe wait times decrease.

Least in tier two space of sys/pc seems were not going as of yet guessing maybe same for rest of groups tier two. Tier one been getting emails saying team is affected but you are not, not sure what that means unless they didn't want to show there cards yet
