Start complaining about Pay

If you do t complain about pay they won’t do anything. Say you’ll leave. This is the only way it gets better

The 17,000 AT&T workers in the southeastern region represented by the Communication Workers of America (CWA) have reached a tentative agreement after being on strike for over a month. The workers that walked off the job are technicians, customer service representatives, and line installation and maintenance crews. The activity on the picket line placed enormous pressure on the company to reach agreements with CWA, as workers demonstrated at every location in the southeastern United States and brought telecommunications work to a standstill.

VZ offers a good paycheck, good benefit(Healthcare , 401kMatching), generous vacation and time off package, Nice bonus money with annual increase and some form of stock program.

VZ employees are spoil, if any of its employees think they provide an equivalent service in return then they are living in denial.

@OP best of luck, hope this works for you!!! During these uncertain times, Verizon's fast paced right-sizing to reinvent the corporation, highly unlikely!!!

Was this meant to be a joke and a farce??

This benefits you too bro. This culture of worshiping Verizon and allowing them tocut our benefits without us doing anything about it is what keeps our salaries down. The 3% raise didn't even keep up with NJ Inflation.
