What is the current layoff and RTO situation at Abbott? Is it recommended to join the company at this time or is it common for newcomers to be laid off soon after onboarding?

doesn't worth joining if the company is laying off this easily. there is a huge layoff now in june 2025. they don't care how good you work. I recommend look elsewhere
Lots of layoffs recently. I know someone hired four months ago who got let go. 5 days in office mandatory.
