I’ve seen how much directors get paid and it’ll make your head spin.
Which Director wants an assistant now ?
What do the directors do anyways? Just sit in presentations & when they have to present, ask all the engineers to feed them all the info so they can show up as "informed"? They are like 5 year old kids who have no clue what is going on under them until they are asked about it.
@a3 Yeap, that is similar to what I've heard. Too many VPs and Directors in general.
I’m not in GPRS, but I was told by my leaders this go around that I could not promote anyone to people leader, as the org is too top heavy.
