If I choose PIL, how about the unused vacation days and floating holidays?

The unused vacation bump is a thing of the past. Was nice for retirees as well. Now you are not awarded your vacation in January 1st. Instead it is trickled out each month. Just another example of the company nickel and dime-ing us.
Once handed a NSI notice , are you immediately put in surveillance list? Is Every move being monitored
@ch yup, Kathy did away with United’s perks, now she’s doing the same to us. Worry not though, she’ll be firing that T-shirt cannon at the next United Way event
I think EM changed to vacation accruing from getting all vacation awarded 01 January to reduce the vacation payout of PIL and retirements. I think the CFO is behind all these benefit reductions.
There are articles on EMConnect that cover this. You get paid out for any unused vacation that is accrued through the end of the PIL period.
Unused vacation is paid. Floating holidays are not paid, you have to take them or lose them.
It's XOM so I would assume there's some stipulation in the PIL that prevents you from getting paid out for unused PTO
