I keep waiting for a sign that someone here actually cares about employees, but it never comes. Perks keep vanishing, people are being held back for no good reason, and good suggestions disappear into a black hole. If there was ever a time to ask for basic respect, now’d be it.

I’ve read many a ridiculous comment on this platform but that one takes the cake.
Bureaucrats at this company keep the stock from soaring even higher just to keep their job. I’ve seen multiple high performing reps get pushed out because their manager fears them which leads the manager to push that employee out. Wish it wasn’t the case, but it is.

Head honcho of our BU said we didnt meet the goal for associate engagement…. didn’t elaborate why but we all know it will result in “leadership” having the attitude of THE FLOGGING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MORALE IMPROVES.
ADP cares about employees? What a laugh! Of course they don't. And of course there is no respect. And getting worse. The only way to cope is to leave this loser company and get a decent job somewhere else.
You are likely one of those employees that is a continual malcontent. Respect is earned not given so when your work ethic and bad attitude improve then some respect may be given. If you dont like that then the exit door is awaiting you.
