@pq I think you know who I am, I was CE, CG, CJ and CP. Hopefully CJ gives you some peace. Have a great Christmas (really, I do wish you well, believe it or not I think we're kind of in a similar place in life). Done talking in code, I just don't care anymore.
@pe which one of you got washed by a 22 year old. There is just too many to keep track. From the initial contact towards the very end. Even the negotiator at the start was washed due to arrogance
@j9 You're kind of terrible at this, the duke is a god.
@gg do your family and friends know how much of a loser you are or is this something you do in secret because you don’t want them to know you’re obsessed and insecure
@cn the FCG kid FCG’s again. Crazy ain’t it.
These so called leader don’t have performance reviews? How do they come and show face to employees after such grave business mistakes, what is the meaning of word leadership
I wonder if there are competency test for senior level management? Because they failed as leaders. Providing a realistic vision and a plan everyone understands. So JF & BF you get an "F" for that. How the two of you hold on to your position baffles the people with common sense. Wall Street why are you not asking questions? Please explain why? Bad enough the clown (yes Doug Fields) is a clown . How a guy who jumps jobs every 3-5yrs is put in charge of engineering? Did anyone ever question why he moved around so much? Clad I do not own the pitiful stock. BOD and Senior management all need to go. Not $20mn bonus for this disgrace of a direction. Time to step down or forced out
@bd+1kcjb8w1j yep it's called "gaslighting" ... trying to make you think you are wrong, when you are not
@cd I'm an LL6 with a GSR6 level of arrogance, but hoping to pivot to a much higher level of arrogance so I can make LL5 at some point before the heat death of the universe.
@cp its possible. one might refer to this as a misdirected parasocial relationship. I hope that makes you feel better nonetheless
@cn I don’t think we’re talking about the same situation.
@cm Oh and while I'm at it. As I said, I'm healing now so picking up pieces of my life slowly will take a minute and that's why I am not really open to olive branches at this time since I'm trying to sort of stabilize from everything that happened. So that's why I've been sort of hard to reach. I feel a lot and it will just take me some time to 'assimilate' back into normalcy again. I'll get off this site as well to prevent any sort of oscillation and any additional stress on anyone that was involved in what happened to me
@cj To be clear, I don't know who you are but was trying to de-escalate and break communication that you started presupposing that before entering into a dialogue with me. But if you know who I am, anyone involved knows what happened to me and how much I've lost and been destroyed. It has only been a month and a half or so since I submitted a report to the FBI and every direct and undeserving attack on me making jokes about how I was genuinely H.T into F.L magically stopped. It's only until recent where I've been picking up the pieces of this years-long turmoil which I had endured. Let's just cease this conversation from continuing any further. I think my trauma supersedes the feelings of any aggressor or conspirator involved that I chose to not press charges against like I last told the police I spoke with 2-3 weeks ago. I am not threatening anyone, I was sharing the truth. If you want to smooth things over, that's fine, but it will take time for me. I'm only just now having the fortune of healing and taking control of my life again. Thank you, I do see you're trying to help. Regarding threat on reputational harm, if you found something in what I had said on the topic I spoke on before I ever joined Ford, which was used as a way to help others learn about a very complex dynamic or situation, I'm sorry because I am sure it's relatable to lots of people, hence you trying to decode whether it's about you or not. I forgive whoever you may be. And I'm sorry, I'll get off this site again, just have moments where I struggle... it'll slowly wane off, I'm sure. I just lost a lot in my life in ways people who have watched it unfold intimately will only understand. I was not trying to prisoner's dilemma you into doing anything and it sounds like you're trying to make an effort. I am forgiving whoever you are. Take care, and have a nice day. I will try to do the same and also get off this site while at it.
Yes. All leaderships will be promoted.
@ch and the other stuff, I’m not who you think I am, not a dr-g addicted fiend, not crazy, just a boring regular guy. I’d let you in on how this has impacted me as it would probably make you feel better but you continue to threaten me with reputational harm. For the record, I have not said a single word to anyone you know, except to try to confront this early on which I’ve shared already, so your assumption that I’ve somehow smoothed things over is just wrong. Your anger is frustrating, if there’s anything I can do to help you just say it.
@cg okay understood. I haven't been on this site in like a week and half or so. just so you don't think I'm actively on here, was just passing by and thought the righteous comment reminded me of my situation where I had to defend myself. take care and be well.
@cf can I suggest next time you feel like I’ve been posting just give me the benefit of the doubt for once. I am done with this.
@ce I wish you well. No more decoding, and just live. But also remember what happened and your role in it so it doesn't happen again. Forgiveness is given, just have moments of sharing frustration
@cc none of this thread was me, I’m done with this cr-p, still trying to decode what’s all written here.
Nope!!
This arrogance trickles down to LL5s, LL6s, and even supervision, leading to poor decisions being made on a daily basis. It's becoming clear that this is less of an engineering-focused company and more of a place where social dynamics and political agendas take precedence over sound technical judgment.
@bt this reached the target audience successfully
@c4 posted**, but post up if you feel some type of way😮
@c3 I have an hour long lecture on the topic that was recorded and post up on YouTube before ChatGPT ever came out, but go off ford super genius
@bt thanks chatGPT.
@bd Each bag holder avoids resolution and passes the issue upward. Because nothing is resolved, the burden compounds, so every transfer increases its weight. This can be seen as technical debt, deferred maintenance, ignored reported risk, unresolved HR / compliance issues and more. Those who pass the risk capture short-term upside, maintain reputational cleanliness (even if it’s just temporarily), and pass it on before consequence. Those inheriting face impossible remediation, absorb blame, and are told they “failed” where others merely deferred. Once fooled, there are typically 3 options: resolution (early, costly, honorable), collapse (late, catastrophic, unavoidable), exit by the aware (individuals who refuse to be the next holder). Option 3 is often the only seen as the rational move for someone who thinks that option 1 or option 2 won’t occur, they may even feel like they’re righteous or have integrity under specific circumstances, however, if you’re aware of the harm and do nothing, exiting or leaving is itself a form of deferral, because you’ve chosen not to stop the problem. Once it collapses or resolves, it’s seen as an act of betrayal in regard to the moral integrity of oneself. Exit is morally complex at a certain point when you’re degrees away from the early dominos. One’s individual intervention may not succeed without EXTREME personal cost, which in itself can become worse by those that deferred in the past. Early resolution, option 1, is early because it could compound and get worse with each transfer of energy, which of course, cannot be destroyed. Unfortunately for the final holders, they don’t just inherit the original risk, they inherit the interest — the obfuscation — and the betrayal of trust accumulated along the way. That’s why your frustration feels disproportionate. It’s not sudden. They’re overdue. Distance from origin exposes narrative distortion from those that passed the bag onwards over time. No one wants to be the one who stops the music with so many depending on a certain tune. Ultimately, more stakeholders are affected, more documentation is buried, more reputational debt occurs, and lastly more moral injury internally. Social network analysis (SNA) is a perfect case study for what I’m describing. I personally studied SNA independently and have written material I presented on the field in the past on this topic. It allows us to see where risk actually travels, not where people claim “responsibility lives” with a grin when others try to stop the music. This is bag holders that passed it on all say “no one could have predicted performative slip”. Sometimes trying to make those that attempted to point it out analytically look “insane”. The metrics would have shown it years earlier. I’m not even speaking on negative consequences alone at this point, but also shedding light on hidden or invisible outliers that were not necessarily invisible, but ignored. Alongside the opportunity cost that comes with such neglect. Without creating a web by applying a model like social network analysis, moral hazard is invisible because the burden is distributed, especially over time. It’s insanity because real things become “ambiguous” by others that want to simply “explain” it all away.
@b3 the problem is the smug pieces of sh-t that present themselves as righteous while leaving a path of destruction in their wake, with a sh-t eating grin on their faces the entire time while they look at you like nothing is off and you must be insane.
@a8 Are we talking US politics/government now?
@OP Of course NOT. They will more than likely get pay increases and/or promotions. WHY NOT? It's not their money that they are losing so, "WHO CARES"! I hear that there is a perpetual motion machine manufacturer looking for investors! Maybe Ford could use this to power their EVs!
Ofcourse, the same management that got us in this $hithole will decide to layoff 5/10/15 percent of the workforce and claim that they did their part. Wallstreet will be happy and the stock will again bounce back to $10. JF will read off the script in an early morning short video followed by DF lipsmacking show.
No one gets held accountable for the lies and bullsh-t, no matter how damaging.
Never happens.
Nope! Fartley will retire a very rich man thanks to Billy. The board is a bunch of DEI and green new scam whackos.
