R2B Reps Gone

Majority of R2B reps are going to be gone with an opportunity to apply to retail, B2B or another position. Retail business support will be a combination of B2B, AI and a new support line similar to click to call that basically will process transactions and either dfill or ISPU. No need to continue to pay duel comp. The new plans will be simplified and almost mirror consumer plans. B2B will also take a big hit and streamline the multiple layers of leadership and account executives.

The problem is, shareholders only care about consumer growth, anything done for smb or b2b goes under the business org.

lol I have never seen a retail rep ring a business add out on their own. They either hand it to the r2b rep. Try to sell it on personal. Or submit a lead to the r2b rep to sell it.

Saying retail sells for r2b is diabolical. R2b sells for retail- we see the numbers drop every weekend when r2b is off, not bc there is no customers, but because retail doesn’t sell business.

R2B literally pays rent to the stores to use their space and basically just takes walk in sales while the reps sell for them/hand leads to B2b to let them sell for them. Buh bye

🤣 you're clearly in B2B and an R2B hater because they sell to your customers way better than you do. B2B is the most over paid and useless org in VZ, mid market reps playing golf by 1 pm every day lol

@cg you clearly know nothing. R2B su-ks and B2b manages 3 million per rep in business. Lost your marbles bye bye R2b

whats profitable about r2b? lol overpaid bozos that go on leave the first sign of trouble? ADs with a hyper inflated ego that isn't worth the checks they draw?

R2B is going to be gone. They aren’t replacing reps that leave

With all of the recent changes I can see how this post has some merit. My question is what timeline are we looking at and how reliable is this source? Also it seems to me that B2B would be the ones to go given the fact of how profitable R2B is. I can see both groups merging and evolving but I do not see the entire R2B going away.
