If juniper was doing business as usual, the next bonus would be paid in march 2026 for fiscal year 2025. Now with HPE in the mix, when is that anticipated?

@cp Find the FAQs technically you are entitled to partial bonus to be paid as you were let go and not the other way around, bonus would be prorated but I recommend that you send a note to the HPE Care team and ask that question as it does depend Country by Country and what your redundancy package as a whole.
@cg That is on your contract and can vary based on how much was funded if 100% + or -, this could be anything from 8-20% but very much link to your contract, find your contract and check what your % should be, it is normally tied to your base salary as a % but as I said, highly influenced by company results.
@h5 yes, they are entitled to this bonus as long as their term date is after Dec. 31st and they are on active employment with the company at the time of payment. I work for an area that knows this so I am confident to give you this info.
Some folks in Marketing have last date of Oct 31st and some have Jan 23rd. Will they be eligible for a bonus payout?
@cp No bonus payout with WFR unless your last day of employment is after bonus payout date.
@cp you should. That's what I was told.
Do those who got wfr’d get 2025 bonus?
@cp You must be employed on the date of Bonus distribution.
Do you get any sort of pro-rated bonus payout when impacted by the WFR / not selected and your end date is in October? I saw no mention of bonus payout in any of the documentation.
What is a typical bonus percentage.
December based on results through October.
December
@OP Bonus will be calculated in relation to the Juniper results and probably paid earlier than March, they want to get rid of people ASAP or move on from legacy processes and this is one of those.
