OP is saying it in a childish way but those who have been around know that a new, incoming CEO will definitely have a round or a few rounds of RIF's. There's even some articles out there suggesting TC will indeed reduce headcount. Employees need to be prepared. Should also be prepared for less than generous packages, as this one will come in trying to save money and not repeat Pastor Pat's mistakes. Hopefully they look at who is taking advantage of breaks, committing fraud, and refusing to RTO and let go of those. Keep the hardworking employee's.
