Allscripts lay-off every May during last 10 years. What do we expect this year? Chapter 11?

strange there would be layoffs in Allscripts Analytics Portal, considering how PB spoke to it on the earnings call..

My buddy just pinged me, 10 let go in AAP today. I had close to 30 years when I got whacked. I am blessed just retired. Used to be such a great company yo work for.
3 years of no cash flow definitely a bad thing, expect more cuts to everything, it is only logic
whoever is saying that there are no layoffs today is incorrect
I do not think they can wait till next quarter. 3 years no cash flow for a company in matured market? That means deaths.

Very sad and depressing if there are layoffs and furloughs. Allscripts has been a great place to work with, with amazing co-workers. But then it seems, we have been screwed royally by the top management,especially during the last 6 months. If anyone needs to go, it should be the likes of PB / RP/ LK. Not a single employee should be fired before they vanish.

Rumor has it RIF’S today but who is left. This used to be such a great company who actually cared about their employees AND did right by their customers.
Why not get a smaller building, let their employees work remotely? That would save in overhead instead of constantly cutting great employees.

Allscripts is toast. Q1 2020 numbers illustrate how bad Allscripts performed going into the pandemic. We can only expect that Q2 numbers will be just as shameful. Predict that Q3 numbers will be just as bad as companies hold on to their $$$ to survive into Q4. Allscripts is like the Chicago Cubs... Maybe we’ll win.next year but unlikely. Time for an Allscripts fire sale of assets. Only thing left after they dump all their good people is some intellectual capital.
Yeah … I'm sorry to say (for those still there) that I have no problem with them filing Chapter 11. As long as they still pay me the severance they owe me … it's all good.

I am wondering what PB will announce next Monday. Most likely some product lines will be sold. Classic is the group has the highest profit margin. They may just sell them to collect some cash to pay off the piles of debt PB accumulated.
PB blaming everyone employees, COVID, government, and even customers. But never took any ownership.
sounds from the public business call like Alex Partners was consulted, solutions will be evaluated for sell off, and this will be enacted by end of june.
PB and his likes should have been fired long back even before any other employee was fired. Board of directors are equally responsible for the mess. Allscripts days are numbered for sure, good luck to existing employees!

PB should be fired with his tens of millions golden parachutes removed. He will not care much because he can pocket millions either way.
Am 100% sure PB will show ‘record’ revenues and paint a picture that Allscripts is in terrific shape and on its way to become the top healthcare company in the world!
