@cf 100% agree. Once you hear the news you have 2-3 months. Which puts us into end of March. Which aligns with all the projected forecasts and rumors of the next RA.

@OP can employees discuss Alvind's and Krabanaugh's reviews please? With stack ranking, of course. It should provide much entertainment to the public and Wall Street to see if these crooks are meeting their goals.

Well some people unfortunately will be placed into a fully rigged nonsensical “review” process that’s impossible to fight or escape. The best advice in that situation: start applying for other jobs immediately—the minute you hear it.

IBM executives and managers are sadistic. They are extending the pain of the wait or these performance reviews to exhaustion. Employees being targeted will not have the will to fight after the long wait for the hammer to fall on their heads, they will feel relieved to have a certainty about a future they feared. Useless managers and executives win huge bonuses. Indians win the jobs. It is a win-win situation for Indians.
