Rightway Medtronic's New Prescription Benefit

Anyone else having problems accessing the new prescription benefit, Rightway? Account has been deactivated. I called Rightway and was told their not sure why it's either an error, employee not eligible, or termination. This benefit just started 1/1/26

Just went to CVS a couple of days ago to pick up some medicine. Gave them the Rightway card, they updated my insurance information (10 min to go through, on-site) and no issues.

CVS is superior to Walgreens IMHO, plus we have 2 CVS close to home verses 1 Walgreens 5+ miles farther away, Call me lucky, but the insurance information was already changed before I picked up today refill. Bonus the foot long receipt has saving coupons the wife loves.

When my pharmacy, CVS, first ran the new insurance, they told me it was expired. I called Rightway and they told me to have them take off the last 2 digits on the id number (person code 01 on my card). They did that and then it went through fine.

@cf Brick and mortar is the way to go. Mail order takes too long and usually has extra hurdles that isn't worth it for say $10-$20 in savings.

I’m still using CVS. Whatever you might save in mail order it isn’t worth the hassle.
