Don’t ever buy any Intel product after gen 13 or you will regret later
AMD should offer a "Trade Up" program for Intel CPUs.

Maybe layoff people are more helpful than Intel customer service. A bunch of id--ts asking stupid questions to not dealing with their bad products.
This might be a layoff board, but you'll get better customer service here than from Intel.
For anyone looking for a signal that the CPU returns will be bad, this might be it.
