Anyone else hearing the MIP is targeted to be 100% of payout? I'm excited !

@ne MIP is OU dependent. Many OUs provide quarterly updates on progress against MIP measures. Some OUs will get higher than 100% and some will get lower. You should be able to find out within your own OU what your MIP is trending at.

As shareholders we are getting a -5% 1 yr return and a -25% 5 yr return, and you bozo are talking about a 100% MIP? Fire your incompetent CEO and rest of management team, and return the extra money to shareholders (suspect most of you as well)

It’s sad when 100% MIP payouts are exciting. In the good old days, It would be incredibly odd for Legacy COV to give out anything less than 100% MIP. Probably averaged 1.1/1.2 every year. Saw a 1.5 once.

My trip to Walley World when I was a kid was the best time I ever had. 100% MIP is exactly enough to revisit with my family, and Uncle Eddies.
