A leaked email says all their jobs are moving to Dallas or ATL by the end of 2024; no revisiting, no looking at data, the jobs are moving.
It's been fun watching this organization litterly burn itself to the ground.

None of it makes any sense as a friend in Calif was told they will have to move to Seattle by 2024? A good portion of Leggs org has a primary loc as NJ and secondary location as Dallas. What about Atlants? Whose on first.....
The entire go2hub direction is about eliminating 15,000 jobs without having to pay severance. It's a really smart move by the brass, but also unethical as he-l. If you get an offer and take it, they don't pay you to relocate. If you don't take it, you've quit... simple as that. No severance. No unemployment insurance. The company doesn't have to pay a dime. This will continue until they get the headcount reductions they want. I doubt it is cast in stone whether they will need to reduce from the batch of six or eight hubs until they see what the force reduction is. If they need more, we are going down to ATL, Dallas, and perhaps some of the larger secondary hubs like NJ. Still not enough??? More hubs will fall out. Whever the big data centers are will take a long time to move, so those are safer.
RTO = Retire The Oldies!
Dallas. Or Atlanta.
Listen, folks, if there's more than one "hub" there is no hub. Someone's gonna be remote from someone else (and that's not counting regional sales and customer facing/on-prem).
RTO stands for "Remove The Olds". Stankey said as much on that call.
I’m in the STL office and didn’t hear this, but I’m not really surprised. Company is a cluster-fu-k.
With that being said, I’ll be surprised to see a lot of this actually come to fruition.
No one outside of a hub that I’m in contact with (software devs) has lost their job, yet…They haven’t talked to me about being surplussed or losing my job…they just gave me the RTO letter and basically said ‘lul Dallas’ and that’s it.
I still haven’t been in the office, still got a stellar mid-year review from my manager.
I don’t think they want to lose software devs, yet.
“It’s going down to a single hub in Montgomery, AL. All the drop in spaces will have folding chairs.”
I heard the hub is gonna be the Meriweather Road Hut.
Everyone in the Legal Department who wasn’t fired on June 20 and located outside of the 2 main hubs of Dallas and Atlanta werw told their jobs are safe for now. That means layoffs are expected outside of Atlanta or Dallas. I was laid off on June 20 but heard from my colleagues they were given this warning.
Anyone not in Dallas or Atlanta needs to job hunt starting now. The economy is good. Take advantage of it.
Get out of the sinking ship while severance is still offered.
It’s going down to a single hub in Montgomery, AL. All the drop in spaces will have folding chairs.
My groups been told all along that the ultimate goal is two hubs and the others are a temp way to get there.
Wow. AT&T must have gotten a really great deal from Texas and/or City of Dallas.
Nothing officials has said the other hubs are going away. I know it is very likely to happen but no definite announcement about it. Specific organizations have said they are leaving x hub but not the entire company.
The joke is on you. Dallas is going to be the only hub by 2025.
LOL - all the trolls that thought #atlantabound was a safe bet. Now they get to reap what they sow.
"Folks, the end game will only be 2 HUB locations for HQ jobs - Dallas and Atlanta. If you are NOT supporting a market you will need to live in Dallas or Atlanta. "

St. Louis is a dump. congrats to those leaving

Everyone should continue to use #AtlantaBound or #DallasBound tags In their socials to mark the big move.
shows how infantile our culture has fallen.
Exhibit A
The whole ATS organization (basically IT org lead by legg) will be leaving STL by end of 2024, not a rumor, a fact we all got letters saying where they expect us to move.
The whole company is burning itself to the ground my friend!
Can Confirm, rumor mill started yesterday as someone (I believe high-level HR or Legal) accidentally. Forwarded an email to the wrong distro with text referring to "minimizing corporate footprint in St. Louis by end of 2024" and deciding on "Role move/relocation to Dallas or ATL".
Its been the buzz of the office and derailed a few calls I have been on with those potentially affected.
lawl didn't angela baskerville just mention how dangerous the st louis offices were and that they are working on a solution to resolve the safety issues people are concerned about there
I saw a leaked email that HQ was moving from Dallas to Bouton Rouge
How is this news or surpising? RTO and FTW say most jobs are moving to Dallas and Atlanta and a few small hubs, which will eventually go away too. I am supposed to get my FTW letter tomorrow. I will have two weeks to decide and because I am not going I will be out October 10, three weeks shy of my 25th anniversary.
I saw a.leaked email that said they're moving HQ from Dallas to St. Louis
What orgs? Does this impact Sales Roles?
I have been hearing this RTO Dallas and Atlanta cr-p for over 60 days now. The people that I know have still not been offered a job in either of these cities just waiting.
If you're gonna talk about a leaked email, you better have the leaked fu----g email. Otherwise I have 12 bridges ready to teleport directly to your location for only 12.99
Who was the email from? Is a copy available?
