cbry+1vGV7xfz Is mistaken. Purchased first rental house 25 years ago for $80k, it was GROSS! Cleaned, painted, repaired and took out $120line of credit on it to buy another, bought in areas set to turn (spring branch 20 years ago, east end 5-10 years ago). Renters pay the loans and values keep going up. You have to have the opposite mindset from Shell. You mush buy low, sell high!

10 years. About 600k. Didn’t roll over anything.
13 years, $1.3 million in rolled over IRA.

Most of the USA pension obligation was assumed by Prudential already. Not sure about the pensions our socialist eurotrash masters get.
