Looks like Imperial Oil staff are trying to fight back they’ll probably get nothing. But this reminds us of our basic democratic rights: we still live in a democracy, and that means we can speak up, spread the word, and hold companion and leaders accountable

I bet Exxon would let Imperial go if someone offer a decent money.
I would prefer Cenovus/ CNRL buy Imperial than Suncor.
Suncor is bad due to frequent layoffs.

They moving everything to India. Thats not a sustainable solution in longer run.
There ~ 12 hour of time difference. You let people work in nights there to work and the efficiency is down working in nights.
Also, overall the level of stress impact the performance. In india people are stressed compared to people working in Canada.
Also, indian university doesn't teach thermal/heavy oil stuff.
Thats not going to work in long term.
